Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification
  • At least 3 years of experience in banking operations
  • At least 1 year of coaching, mentoring, or people leadership experience
  • At least 1 year of process or project management experience
  • At least 2 years of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office
  • Essential onsite attendance required (Richmond, VA location)

Responsibilities

  • Directly developing, managing, and coaching five (5) non-exempt direct reports
  • Working with partner groups within the Foreign & Domestic Collections value stream to drive process change and problem solve complex issues
  • Analyzing and evaluating operational procedures, recommending and implementing modifications to improve quality and efficiency
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment where priorities may shift frequently
  • Recommending process improvements with the team and department and representing product or process area on projects of a cross-functional/cross location scale
  • Ensuring all service level agreements are met/exceeded
  • Helping manage department’s key operational metrics to include overtime, chargeoff rate and direct operating expense
  • Managing projects across the team
  • Leadership of the team, oversight of day-to-day operations, and driving achievement of individual, team, and business metric goals
  • Proactive collaboration and partnership with key business stakeholders
  • Developing strategies in a fast-paced environment
