Candidates must possess an advanced degree in health sciences, such as a PharmD, MD, PhD in a medically related field, or a Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in health sciences (e.g., BSN, RPh, PA, NP) with prior experience as an MSL or in the diabetes/Chronic Weight Management Therapeutic Area. Strong English proficiency, both written and oral, is required, along with a passion for science, results, and high standards.
The Medical Science Liaison will identify and engage with Scientific Experts, providing deep disease state and product expertise, and participating in continuous learning through literature searches and congress participation. They will communicate scientific intelligence and clinical insights, respond to requests, and participate in consultant meetings, driving digital innovation to overcome clinical care gaps. Additionally, the role involves proactive action, asking questions, and translating scientific information into actionable solutions, while effectively communicating scientific data and managing a complex environment.
