Requirements

  • Education:
    • Advanced degree in health sciences (PharmD, MD, PhD in a medically related field)
    • OR Masters / bachelor’s level degree in health sciences (e.g., BSN, RPh, PA, NP) with previous experience as an MSL or in the diabetes/ Chronic Weight Management TA.
  • English Proficiency: Required (written and oral).
  • Skills/Preferences:
    • Passion for science, results, and high standards
    • High motivation and demonstrable learning agility
    • Business acumen (starting from scientific information)
    • Proactive – takes independent action and responds quickly
    • Enthusiasm for a variety of digital technologies

Responsibilities

  • Scientific Expertise: Provide deep and advanced disease state and product expertise to Scientific Experts (SEs).
  • Continuous Learning: Engage in continuous learning within their therapy area through literature search and participation in scientific congresses.
  • Communication: Communicate scientific intelligence and clinical insights to SEs.
  • Responding to Requests: Respond to unsolicited requests, including at scientific congresses.
  • Participation in Meetings: Participate in consultant meetings.
  • Digital Innovation: Drive digital innovation and leading initiatives to overcome clinical care gaps in the patient and physicians’ journey.
  • Addressing Clinical Gaps: Proactively identify and address clinical care gaps.
