Responsibilities include building customer relationships, addressing customer needs, ensuring customer satisfaction through product demonstrations and support, promoting and selling Alcon products, developing relationships with key opinion leaders, discovering new business opportunities, executing sales plans, visiting customers, participating in events and meetings, creating and maintaining a customer database, conducting competitive market analysis, and providing timely reports and accurate documentation of sales activities.
