Responsibilities

  • Design and run full-funnel performance campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, LinkedIn, and LinkedIn Communities
  • Develop data-driven strategies that attract, engage, and convert decision-makers in the B2B space
  • Manage audience segmentation, creative testing, and tracking to ensure every campaign delivers measurable outcomes
  • Partner with content, design, and product marketing teams to build high-performing ads, landing pages, and lead magnets for each funnel stage
  • Monitor campaign performance daily, analyse key metrics (CTR, CPL, ROAS, conversions), and optimise for continuous improvement
  • Use Google Tag Manager, GA4, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager to implement tracking and attribution that show real business impact
  • Build remarketing and lookalike campaigns to re-engage high-intent audiences
  • Manage campaign budgets efficiently, balancing scale with ROI
  • Work with marketing automation and CRM systems like HubSpot to connect paid campaigns with lead scoring and nurturing workflows
  • Experiment with new formats, targeting approaches, and bidding strategies to improve campaign efficiency
  • Present performance reviews with clear insights, learnings, and next steps
