The Sr. Associate, Brand Marketing will support the e-commerce business growth, focusing on new customer acquisition by executing multi-channel creative requests, developing timelines, and communicating with stakeholders. This role involves managing paid creative development for the Kits business, including brief development and approvals, and bringing marketing strategy to life by owning the brand calendar, copy deliverables, and merchandising. Additionally, the position requires leading competitive and trends reviews, developing insights, and applying learnings to improve acquisition efforts.
