  • Optimize the site experience for assigned category to maximize guest engagement and sales
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of category strategies and alignment with business goals
  • Elevate Target’s in-store experience to the digital space, driving engagement across Target.com and the Target app
  • Increase digital topline sales by optimizing conversion and the overall site experience
  • Ensure findability and discoverability of products to make it easy for guests to locate and discover items
  • Partner with various teams within and outside of the Digital organization to drive the right experience for each category
  • Deliver financial outcomes and plans for the digital business, ensuring financial goals are met and sustained
