Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or a related quantitative field, and ideally have 1-3 years of professional experience in commercial real estate, with a preference for experience in CRE loan asset management or bridge/construction loan experience. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills are expected, along with familiarity with Argus and Excel.

Responsibilities

The Senior Analyst will create and present quarterly asset summary reports, re-underwrite and re-value CRE loan collateral using cash flow proformas, assist in managing sponsor relationships and providing research-driven recommendations, coordinate among various CIM departments, monitor asset-level compliance with loan covenants, oversee external servicers and consultants, and work with loan servicers to ensure timely borrower requests and positive client experiences.
