- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Knowledgeable of the core aspects of banking and accounting/reconcilement
Responsibilities
- Handles second day transaction review, decision transactions for rejection or approval
- Posts, researches, reconcile and balance general ledgers
- Responsible for identifying and resolving client matters within established guidelines
- Meeting all time sensitive and daily deadline driven tasks
- Works effectively with internal clients/partners as well as external
- Strives to become proficient in all areas of the job
- Successfully generates, creates and presents formal reports
- Proactively assess client needs with initiative and refers more multifaceted issues to subject matter experts and/or supervisor
