Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Typically 4+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 1+ years in a similar role
Proven experience and proficiency in Finance Information Systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong command of the English Language (Tamil and/or Hindi a plus)
Solid understanding of any ERP system (SAP, Oracle, Netsuite, etc.)
Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
Desire and ability to learn about business processes and supporting systems
Ability to work in a culturally diverse environment, ideally with prior international work experience
Ability and ideally prior experience working in a virtual team located in various countries
Desire and ability to take initiative without reliance on step-by-step direction

Responsibilities

Provide user support for the global time tracking process and related systems
Analyze and resolve data errors in the Financial and HR system landscape globally
Identify root causes and long-term system and/or process improvements in collaboration with Finance, HR, Payroll, and Information Technology stakeholders
Document system or process issues consistently and clearly
Document system requirements
Support financial system projects through analysis and testing
Collaborate with the team to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance within financial systems
Assist in system maintenance, data management, and software updates
Provide guidance and support to junior analysts as required
