Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Typically 4+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 1+ years in a similar role
- Proven experience and proficiency in Finance Information Systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong command of the English Language (Tamil and/or Hindi a plus)
- Solid understanding of any ERP system (SAP, Oracle, Netsuite, etc.)
- Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
- Desire and ability to learn about business processes and supporting systems
- Ability to work in a culturally diverse environment, ideally with prior international work experience
- Ability and ideally prior experience working in a virtual team located in various countries
- Desire and ability to take initiative without reliance on step-by-step direction
Responsibilities
- Provide user support for the global time tracking process and related systems
- Analyze and resolve data errors in the Financial and HR system landscape globally
- Identify root causes and long-term system and/or process improvements in collaboration with Finance, HR, Payroll, and Information Technology stakeholders
- Document system or process issues consistently and clearly
- Document system requirements
- Support financial system projects through analysis and testing
- Collaborate with the team to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance within financial systems
- Assist in system maintenance, data management, and software updates
- Provide guidance and support to junior analysts as required
