College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience (preferred)
Related Industry qualification (e.g. ACCA) (preferred)
Responsibilities
Assists with multiple projects simultaneously from beginning to end
Assists senior level staff with the facilitation and structure of weekly client meetings, including producing agendas and documenting and distributing takeaways
Assists with system set-up and testing
Interfaces with internal and external IT to ensure external IT setup is completed timely and within the constraints of the internal control framework
Identifies and communicates bespoke client requests (for reporting and other IT builds) according to established guidelines
Performs and documents completion of related internal controls for SSAE 16 compliance
Assists with the implementation tracking process (client matrix, subway map, etc.)
Works with Client Implementation Consultant in assisting the Shared Services Team to update the tracking documents
Carries out activities with financial, client, and/or internal business impact
