Candidates should have at least 7 years of experience in technical presales, solution architecture, or consulting roles with a proven track record in enterprise-scale data integration and analytics solutions. A strong technical background in data engineering, including hands-on experience with data ingestion tools, ETL processes, data modeling, storage solutions, and analytics platforms is required. Deep familiarity with integration technologies like REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, JDBC, data pipelines, and streaming data platforms is essential. Working knowledge of software development practices and proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or SQL is necessary. Experience with low-code/no-code platforms is needed, and ServiceNow platform certifications are strongly preferred. Experience leveraging or critically thinking about AI integration into work processes is also required.
The Sr Advisory Solution Consultant will serve as a key technical advisor for ServiceNow’s Workflow Data Fabric, articulating its benefits to stakeholders. They will lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer data integration challenges and translate them into effective ServiceNow-based solutions. Responsibilities include developing robust architectures for data ingestion, transformation, integration, analytics, and insights, and collaborating with sales, product, engineering, and delivery teams. The role involves supporting the presales lifecycle to drive sales targets with tailored data integration solutions and maintaining deep technical expertise on ServiceNow’s Workflow Data Fabric, NowAssist, Agentic AI, and industry trends.
