Senior (5 to 8 years)
Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in technical sales, pre-sales, solution architecture, or similar roles, with significant experience working with technology partners. A strong understanding of cloud platform architecture, including SaaS, PaaS, automation, and multi-tenancy, is required, along with proven ability to guide partners through complex solution designs and business strategy discussions. Deep curiosity and interest in AI technologies and emerging trends are essential, as is clear communication ability to engage at the CxO level. Industry experience in Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or Public Sector is a plus. Preferred qualifications include expertise in AI and automation, ServiceNow platform development experience, Design Thinking training or certification, ServiceNow certifications, and a business development background. Familiarity with alternative cloud or enterprise software platforms is also a plus.
The Solution Architect will co-create offerings with strategic partners, design and guide AI-infused ServiceNow solutions to address business challenges, and apply an AI-first mindset in all partner engagements. They will provide expert guidance on the ServiceNow platform, drive conversations around market positioning and AI leverage, and facilitate human-centered design workshops with partners. Responsibilities also include supporting partners in defining AI-enhanced go-to-market strategies and technical goals, guiding partners in embedding AI into their ServiceNow offerings, and collaborating with the ServiceNow field to advocate for innovative, AI-enabled partner solutions.
