Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field, and a minimum of 7+ years of experience in data engineering with a proven track record of creating and implementing data pipelines. Proficiency in Python and expertise with SQL scripting are required, along with experience utilizing Git for version control and deliverables management.

Responsibilities

The Senior HR Data Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines for processing large datasets, collaborating with data architects and business analysts to understand data requirements, utilizing strong programming skills in Python to write clean and optimized code, and building and maintaining integrations with RESTful and SOAP web services. They will also implement and adhere to data security requirements, monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines, champion best practices for data engineering, and stay up to date with emerging data technologies and best practices.
