Willing to work flexible hours and weekends onsite at client's office, including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and mainly weekends
Available to work mornings, afternoons, nights, weekends, and game days, as assigned
Passion for sports, sports data, and statistics with a deep understanding of all sports
Previous experience working within live data or statistics gathering (a plus)
Previous sports-related experience
Ability to follow documented workflows and communicate with cross-functional partners
Ability to monitor, track, and escalate live sports data
Detail-oriented with the ability to handle repetitive tasks
Native or near-native fluency in English and Japanese languages
Strong research skills
Strong writing and grammar with previous experience in sports writing and editing
Able to be in a stationary position for extended periods of time
Able to use a computer mouse for extended periods of time
Able to keyboard for extended periods of time
Tolerance for exposure to potentially offensive content (e.g., sexual, health-related, racial, or violent)
Able to be exposed to a computer monitor/screen for extended periods of time

Responsibilities

Monitor live sports data across a large range of sports, leagues, and teams to ensure accuracy across a variety of both live and static data and statistics
Mitigate and escalate potential issues captured and follow documented workflows in a fast-paced setting
Follow documented workflows to ensure best-in-class customer experience
Track recent transactions, games, and stats across a wide range of leagues
