Ensure that medications are filled correctly
Accurately enter prescription information as needed
Contact patients to arrange delivery or set a pickup date
Perform refill reminder calls
Prepare orders for delivery
Pack and ship medication orders via various carriers for final delivery to the patient
Maintain adequate inventory
Manage inventory functions
Help walk-in customers
