Requirements

Responsibilities

The role also involves problem-solving barriers to care, collaborating with various internal teams, assisting other specialty care programs as needed, and participating in meetings and training. Additionally, the navigator will help onboard and mentor new team members, adhere to company policies, and maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.
