Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is also required.
The Specialized Talent Sourcer will collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and align sourcing efforts with organizational goals. They will post job adverts on specialized boards, review applications, and identify potential candidates using various sourcing methods. Responsibilities include implementing candidate attraction strategies, engaging with potential candidates, conducting market research, pre-screening candidates, sharing market insights, promoting the employer brand, and maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions.
