The Specialized Talent Sourcer will collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and align sourcing efforts with organizational goals. They will review and post job adverts, process applications, and utilize various sourcing methods to identify and connect with potential candidates for niche positions. Responsibilities include implementing candidate attraction strategies, engaging with potential candidates, conducting market research, pre-screening candidates, sharing market and candidate insights, promoting the employer brand, and maintaining accurate records in applicant tracking systems.
