Requirements

Niveau minimal Bac +2 dans le domaine Informatique et Réseau
Expérience réussie de 3 à 5 ans, idéalement dans le service et support informatique auprès des établissements de santé et/ou de laboratoire
Bonne connaissance de SQL, Java script, Power Shell et environnement Serveur Windows
Connaissance de l’environnement et la structure informatique hospitalière (SIH/SIL)
Anglais technique écrit, lu et parlé

Responsibilities

Assurer les installations à distance, le paramétrage et la configuration des logiciels AQURE
Assurer les prestations de commande client relatives au solution IT
Assurer le support téléphonique, et support à distance, des solutions IT Radiometer auprès des clients internes et externes
Honorer les clauses des contrats de service informatique (Live Care Pack AQURE)
Gérer la commande et le renouvellement des licences informatiques du Logiciel AQURE
Gérer les contacts avec les fournisseurs SIL et les directions informatiques des hôpitaux
Assurer la formation niveau Expert des clients, sur le logiciel AQURE, en centre de formation
