  • Conduct proactive research on assigned tasks, discover and extract relevant information from resources and demo environments, collaborate cross-functionally
  • Make data-driven decisions on open requirements, clarify expectations, balance priorities to deliver high-quality work on time for multiple projects
  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of CMS, project management, analytics, automation, and team tools; study new features, develop and proactively share knowledge to improve projects and processes

  • Apply style guide, best practices, and processes to write, edit, format screenshots, modify HTML, upload, publish, and localize high-quality content in the CMS
