Requirements

Registered Nurse (RN), ICU or dialysis experience preferred
BSN or higher degree in Nursing or a health science field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in ICU or nephrology/dialysis setting
CRRT experience is strongly preferred
Experience training staff or leading in-service education
Clinical judgment and patient safety awareness
Strong communication and presentation skills
Team collaboration and interdisciplinary coordination
Problem-solving and time management under pressure
Passion for education and improving patient outcomes

Responsibilities

Provide clinical support during the initiation and maintenance of CRRT
Deliver education and training to ICU nurses, nephrologists, intensivists, and dialysis staff
Maintain up-to-date clinical knowledge and share best practices with hospitals
Support new customer onboarding including setup, device verification, and in-service training
Collaborate with hospitals to develop and implement CRRT protocols and guidelines
Provide recommendations on anticoagulation strategies, fluid management, and machine settings
Serve as a technical and clinical expert for CRRT machines, disposables, and software
Assist in troubleshooting clinical or technical issues with CRRT delivery
Coordinate with Service Engineers for device integration
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Medical Affairs teams to ensure clinical alignment
Attend conferences, workshops, and product demonstrations as needed
Assess on a continuous basis customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness to ensure optimal care and delivery
Document training sessions, support visits, and clinical outcomes
Ensure ethics & compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations
Ensure that work unit activities, penetration, and/or quality indicators are documented in accordance with organizational guidelines
