Requirements

  • BSc in IT / computer systems / equivalent technical degree (Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science desired)
  • Strong IT background
  • Strong Linux (RHL, Rocky) / MS OS knowledge – must
  • Ongoing OS security activities – patching, vulnerabilities fix, etc. – must
  • 2-3 years’ experience operating VMware platforms (ESXi, vCenter) – must
  • 2-3 years’ experience operating DELL compute systems (chassis, servers) – must
  • 2-3 years’ experience working in global team supporting global customers – must
  • Familiar with MS Azure cloud – advantage
  • Familiar with DELL-EMC backup systems – advantage
  • Familiar with Ansible scripting and coding – advantage
  • 1+ years of related experience
  • Certification required in some areas

Responsibilities

  • Develop and support customized business and operational solutions to meet local regulatory, statutory, and multi-language requirements
  • Provide support for critical business services, including break/fix resolution, application deployment/upgrades, security patching, and remediation
  • Support the Advance Remote Assistance (ARA) program, providing first-line technology support and potentially tier 2 and tier 3 support for AT&T associates across the international region
  • Support a diverse range of internal end-to-end information technology systems, infrastructure, and services across multiple regions and countries
  • Ensure seamless delivery of end-to-end support in various languages and time zones, adhering to local and international technology standards and business practices
