The role offers a base salary between $61,700 - $92,500 plus up to $45,000 in commissions yearly if all sales goals are met. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.

Strong candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years of sales experience, and skills in client relationship management, sales growth, revenue generation, and contract negotiation, particularly with apartment owners and developers.
