Responsibilities

  • Form strong relationships with apartment owners and developers by meeting them at their locations (Client Relationship Management)
  • Develop and manage sales opportunities to meet sales targets (Sales Growth and Revenue Generation)
  • Secure new marketing agreements after evaluating opportunities with owners and developers
  • Coordinate with Network and product teams on product and service availability
  • Create and present proposals to customers
  • Negotiate contract terms with internal contract managers and legal (Contract Negotiation and Closing)
  • Utilize company policies and exercise judgment to resolve customer issues or identify opportunities
  • Meet with customers and engage in sales activities at customer sites
  • Communicate with customers via phone, teleconference, e-mail, etc., related to proposed solutions/sales
  • Travel to/from customer premises for sales activities
  • Provide subject matter expertise on technical sales issues
  • Advise customers on suitability of products based on technical needs
  • Prepare proposals/presentations/bids, including developing pricing/strategic plans and proposed solutions/sales
  • Research/develop solutions with AT&T external partners, including design/engineering
  • Research customer business/industry to identify new sales opportunities
