Candidates must have 3-5 years of accounting experience, including general ledger, balance sheet reconciliations, and analysis. A Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or a related curriculum is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Products. Experience with Oracle Cloud & ARCS is preferred. Strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and excellent organizational, responsible, and committed attributes are essential. Candidates must possess strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and be proactive problem solvers with an inquisitive mind. They should be comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment, be assertive in issue resolution, and capable of multitasking. Willingness to work across US/EMEA time zones is also required.

Responsibilities

The Specialist, Record to Report will perform AP/T&E reconciliations and accruals. They will ensure timely clearance of open items according to corporate policies and collaborate with AP/T&E teams to resolve reconciling items proactively. This role supports the Record to Report team leads with internal and external audit requests related to AP/T&E reconciliations. Additionally, they will assist the Divestiture/Acquisitions team with acquired and discontinued operations, including reconciliations and financial statements. The position involves preparing journal entries and accounting classifications, performing backfill duties for other accountants, and working with technical teams to ensure accurate AP/T&E reporting.
