Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience (or 5+ with strong technical depth) building data platforms, workflow automations, analytics, and/or AI-powered products
  • Recent hands-on AI experience (last 2–3 years) driving solutions with LLMs and related tooling; familiarity with agent frameworks, RAG, vector search, evaluation techniques, and orchestration tools (e.g., n8n); familiarity with ML (e.g., classification, regression, deep learning, NLP, GAN, etc)
  • Technical proficiency to collaborate effectively with engineering and data science: comfortable with concepts in Python/SQL, APIs, and cloud (e.g., AWS, Databricks, Spark, Redshift); able to prototype light workflows or notebooks when needed
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management; proven success leading cross-functional initiatives with executive visibility
  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics, Finance, or related field required; advanced degree (MBA/MS) preferred
  • Nice to Have: Data product fundamentals — acquisition, normalization, metadata, lineage, SLAs, entitlements, usage metering, and telemetry
  • Nice to Have: Capital markets knowledge (market data, reference data, trading, risk, research) is a strong plus
  • Nice to Have: Monetization experience — familiarity with pricing/packaging for enterprise data, APIs, platforms, or SaaS is a plus; ability to build business cases and scale successful use cases

Responsibilities

  • Define strategy & roadmap for internal workflow automations and client-facing AI-powered solutions
  • Lead discovery through market and client research; translate insights into clear problem statements, PRDs, and prioritized backlogs
  • Partner with Technology, Data Engineering, and Data Science teams to design, prototype, and launch capabilities across data ingestion, normalization, enrichment, analysis, modeling, cataloging, search/discovery, and AI-driven user experiences
  • Experiment actively with LLMs, agent-based workflows, and orchestration tools (e.g., n8n) to validate solution approaches quickly; establish an evaluation framework for quality, safety, and performance
  • Drive go-to-market in partnership with Sales and Marketing; create collateral (docs, demos, presentations, white papers) and enable internal teams for successful launches
  • Own the roadmap end-to-end - from discovery through launch and scale - and work hands-on with cross-functional teams to prototype, validate, and deliver automation workflows and AI-powered solutions that enhance productivity and create measurable impact
