Responsibilities
- Own trafficking and QC process for all paid social assets, including creative specs and platform requirements, nomenclature, and campaign alignment/asset tracking
- Conduct thorough quality control checks to ensure creative trafficked matches assets approved by paid social managers, Legal, Brand, and other stakeholders
- Collaborate with paid social managers to maintain and evolve campaign trafficking trackers and creative delivery workflows
- Maintain archive of all launched assets and assist in post-launch creative audits to ensure accuracy of live placements
- Monitor live creative to identify and resolve issues related to delivery, creative misfires, or incorrect link placements
- Serve as primary point of contact for all matters related to production timelines and trafficking
- Populate campaign recap documentation (as needed)
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Understand and apply Operating Principles; own the customer experience; know products and services; win as a team; participate in Net Promoter System; drive results and growth; support inclusion; do what's right for stakeholders
