Responsibilities
Own trafficking and QC process for all paid social assets, including creative specs and platform requirements, nomenclature, and campaign alignment/asset tracking
Conduct thorough quality control checks to ensure creative trafficked matches assets approved by paid social managers, Legal, Brand, and other stakeholders
Collaborate with paid social managers to maintain and evolve campaign trafficking trackers and creative delivery workflows
Maintain archive of all launched assets and assist in post-launch creative audits to ensure accuracy of live placements
Monitor live creative to identify and resolve issues related to delivery, creative misfires, or incorrect link placements
Serve as primary point of contact for all matters related to production timelines and trafficking
Populate campaign recap documentation (as needed)
