Responsibilities

  • Collaborate daily with Marketing, SMD, Planning, Operations, Nike’s vendors, and technology team to ensure campaigns and initiatives are launched as planned
  • Define and implement digital experiences for Nike.com and Nike App consumers that exceed expectations
  • Drive demand by creating and executing plans in partnership with cross-functional teams
  • Coordinate and lead efforts across teams to bring data-driven initiatives to life for consumers shopping across commercial platforms
  • Develop monthly and weekly plans for Nike’s Digital Business across platforms in preparation for seasonal kick-offs, ensuring energy through the 13-week calendar
  • Provide insights on prioritized products, key franchises, and seasonal collections to inform buying strategies and investment decisions
  • Develop and execute plans to maximize business of key marketing and invested styles, achieving planned sell-through levels, with constant reviews and updates to site merchandising of product walls focused on Sport
  • Lead initiatives that strengthen Sport as a key focus area across digital experiences
  • Partner and collaborate with Marketing and Membership teams to gain and provide consumer/member insights that improve business and digital journeys
  • Lead the weekly read and react process for digital KPIs across products and product walls (traffic, conversion, demand, etc.) and create plans to optimize results
  • Read and understand analytics data to inform trends on online navigation and on-site search results, ensuring visitors easily find what they are looking for
  • Participate in the planning and execution of Nike’s digital commercial events (e.g., Member Days, Back to School) to define digital journeys beforehand and take actions to maximize results (site merchandising updates, product opportunities, etc.)
