- 3+ years of HR experience
- Experience in HR shared services or recruitment (preferred)
- Proficient computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with HR systems (SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday, E-workflow - preferred)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal in Mandarin and English)
- Ability to resolve conflicts and problem-solve
- Organized and logical work style with flexibility
- Sense of initiative and urgency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
Responsibilities
- Assist the HR Operations Manager with onboarding, work life cycle, and separation processes
- Design, implement, and continuously enhance HR processes and systems
- Provide HR services to ensure a smooth and positive employee experience
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for service improvement and enhance customer experience
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to improve service quality and efficiency
- Conduct compliance audits and coach junior team members
- Collaborate with other HR functions and internal/external stakeholders
- Resolve conflicts and problems on assigned projects and processes
- Adhere to all personnel policies and company handbooks
- Manage interns and ensure quality results from their work
- Support special projects as needed
