Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years of HR experience
  • Experience in HR shared services or recruitment (preferred)
  • Proficient computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with HR systems (SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday, E-workflow - preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal in Mandarin and English)
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and problem-solve

Responsibilities

  • Assist the HR Operations Manager with onboarding, work life cycle, and separation processes
  • Design, implement, and continuously enhance HR processes and systems
  • Provide HR services to ensure a smooth and positive employee experience
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for service improvement and enhance customer experience
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to improve service quality and efficiency
  • Conduct compliance audits and coach junior team members
  • Collaborate with other HR functions and internal/external stakeholders
  • Resolve conflicts and problems on assigned projects and processes
  • Adhere to all personnel policies and company handbooks
  • Manage interns and ensure quality results from their work
  • Support special projects as needed
