Bachelor’s Degree

Experience in HR shared services or recruitment (preferred)
Proficient computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with HR systems (SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday, E-workflow - preferred)
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal in Mandarin and English)
Ability to resolve conflicts and problem-solve

Assist the HR Operations Manager with onboarding, work life cycle, and separation processes
Design, implement, and continuously enhance HR processes and systems
Provide HR services to ensure a smooth and positive employee experience
Analyze data to identify opportunities for service improvement and enhance customer experience
Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to improve service quality and efficiency
Conduct compliance audits and coach junior team members
Collaborate with other HR functions and internal/external stakeholders
Resolve conflicts and problems on assigned projects and processes
Adhere to all personnel policies and company handbooks
Manage interns and ensure quality results from their work
Support special projects as needed
