Requirements

Solid finance understanding (specifically in the area of business support finance and/or factory FP&A/controlling) and overall business experience in commercial environments
At least 4 to 6 years’ experience in a relevant position with proven evidence of analytical skills with clear business acumen
Experience in working in cross-functional teams and in a matrix organization with ability to form teams
Truly business partnering role with very close collaboration with business
Ability to analyze data, identify issues/opportunities and propose solutions/alternatives in a pro-active manner
Effective and good communication (written and verbal) at different levels of the organization with an ability to listen effectively and articulate
Team player with a positive attitude and open mind

Responsibilities

Analyze and forecast financial, economic and other data to provide accurate and timely information for strategic and operational decisions
Interpret financial information on costs, prices, expenses and revenues and make recommendations to senior management
Conduct and document complex financial analysis projects
Prepare in-depth evaluations of plans and identify new methods of analysis and presentation
Develop analysis of economic indicators in order to prepare forecasts and analyze the company’s short, medium, and long term position
