Requirements

Candidates should have at least 6+ years of experience in DevOps or related roles with a strong focus on Databricks, Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft SQL Server, and Informatica. Hands-on experience with Databricks and Terraform is required, along with proficiency in CI/CD tools such as GitHub, GitLab, and JIRA, and hands-on experience with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure and AWS, and expertise in hybrid cloud deployments. Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools and frameworks is expected, as well as scripting skills in Python and Notebooks. Strong understanding of Windows Server management and administration is also required, and familiarity with SAAS Profisee MDM is preferred.

Responsibilities

As a Specialist DevOps Engineer, the primary objective is to design, implement, and manage DevOps processes to support Data & Insights initiatives. This role involves designing, implementing, and handling CI/CD pipelines using GitHub/GitLab and JIRA, being responsible for configuration management and automation frameworks, helping manage and optimize infrastructure for Microsoft Power BI, SQL Server, Databricks, and Informatica, providing Windows Server administration, leading deployments on Azure and AWS platforms, establishing supervising frameworks to ensure system health, initiating incident response and root cause analysis, working closely with multi-functional teams, identifying and implementing standard processes in DevOps, infrastructure management, and data platform operations, ensuring data governance, access control, and security compliance, and collaborating with data engineering and analytics teams to deploy and maintain robust data pipelines and analytics solutions.
