Requirements

A degree in environmental science, sustainability, health and safety, energy or a related field
At least 3 years of project management experience in a client-facing role
Experience in handling complex sustainability-related data
Knowledge of ESG frameworks such as CDP, SASB, GRI, etc
The ability to implement and conclude client projects as efficiently and effectively as possible, while maintaining exceptional client service
An iterative approach to project management
The ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks at once and be ready to take on something new with just a little notice

Responsibilities

Identify and gather customer requirements and construct requirements specifications
Participate in project framing in collaboration with data analysts
Understand the needs of the client, the advisor and the challenger if necessary on the KPIs and environmental frameworks to follow
Structuring the architecture of customer accounts and implementing calculations for ESG-related indicators (such as GHG emissions, energy, diversity and human resources)
Model the customer data implementation methodology to describe and plan the tasks of Data Analysts
Ensure these tasks are completed, test your hypotheses, validate them or iterate
Improve our clients' data collection methodologies, data management, data visualization and reporting
