Requirements

  • A degree in environmental science, sustainability, health and safety, energy or a related field
  • At least 3 years of project management experience in a client-facing role
  • Experience in handling complex sustainability-related data
  • Knowledge of ESG frameworks such as CDP, SASB, GRI, etc
  • The ability to implement and conclude client projects as efficiently and effectively as possible, while maintaining exceptional client service
  • An iterative approach to project management
  • The ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks at once and be ready to take on something new with just a little notice

Responsibilities

  • Identify and gather customer requirements and construct requirements specifications
  • Participate in project framing in collaboration with data analysts
  • Understand the needs of the client, the advisor and the challenger if necessary on the KPIs and environmental frameworks to follow
  • Structuring the architecture of customer accounts and implementing calculations for ESG-related indicators (such as GHG emissions, energy, diversity and human resources)
  • Model the customer data implementation methodology to describe and plan the tasks of Data Analysts
  • Ensure these tasks are completed, test your hypotheses, validate them or iterate
  • Improve our clients' data collection methodologies, data management, data visualization and reporting
