Responsibilities

  • Support escalated cases through investigations, scheduling calls, conducting follow-ups, and summarizing findings
  • Improve operational and safety processes to deliver high-quality support across the business
  • Be responsible for components of projects and process improvements
  • Help research and implement best practices to build the team
  • Collaborate with internal and external business partners on crucial initiatives
  • Report to senior leadership on initiatives and make recommendations on process improvements
  • Work with product and engineering teams to develop tools and solutions improving quality and trust
  • Serve as a resource and/or mentor for other team employees
  • Contribute to and refine quality assurance, training practices, and process development
  • Manage SLAs and responses for strategic partner escalations
  • Investigate and evaluate complex cases to ensure community safety
  • Develop deep expertise in DoorDash’s processes, systems, and resources to drive positive outcomes
  • Collaborate with Strategy & Operations and Product teams to problem-solve and build upstream solutions for quality issues
