Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Years of Relevant Work Experience
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no employment visa sponsorship)
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
  • Preferred
  • 5+ years experience in supply chain, manufacturing engineering, project management, or operations

  • Optimize Supply Chain Performance: Align sourcing strategies with global manufacturing and commodity goals
  • Manage Supplier Transitions: Oversee product transfers between facilities and suppliers, ensuring continuity and quality
  • Mitigate Risk: Identify potential supply risks and implement proactive solutions to safeguard operations
  • Deliver Productivity Gains: Champion cost reduction and efficiency improvements through data-driven sourcing strategies
  • Build Relationships: Foster strong partnerships across internal teams and external suppliers to drive collaboration and accountability
  • Influence & Lead: Navigate ambiguity, resolve conflicts, and influence stakeholders to achieve project success
  • Champion Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to eliminate waste, reduce variation, and enhance supply chain processes
  • Communicate Effectively: Deliver clear, concise updates and presentations to stakeholders at all levels
