Preferred
5+ years experience in supply chain, manufacturing engineering, project management, or operations
Experience managing cross-functional, global projects
Experience with SAP and understanding of MRP, procurement, and logistics
PMP, CPIM, CPSM certification

Responsibilities

Lead Strategic Projects: Manage complex cross-functional sourcing and supply chain initiatives aligned with business goals
Drive Execution: Develop integrated project plans, set milestones, and ensure timely delivery of objectives
Optimize Supply Chain Performance: Align sourcing strategies with global manufacturing and commodity goals
Manage Supplier Transitions: Oversee product transfers between facilities and suppliers, ensuring continuity and quality
Mitigate Risk: Identify potential supply risks and implement proactive solutions to safeguard operations
Deliver Productivity Gains: Champion cost reduction and efficiency improvements through data-driven sourcing strategies
Build Relationships: Foster strong partnerships across internal teams and external suppliers to drive collaboration and accountability
Influence & Lead: Navigate ambiguity, resolve conflicts, and influence stakeholders to achieve project success
Champion Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to eliminate waste, reduce variation, and enhance supply chain processes
Communicate Effectively: Deliver clear, concise updates and presentations to stakeholders at all levels
