Requirements

Currently enrolled in a BS/MS in Procurement/Business Administration or equivalent
General understanding of procurement, supplier chain, and supplier management
Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience with eProcurement technologies a plus (i.e., Coupa, Ariba, Oracle)
An interest in Procurement and Supply Chain activities
Customer-focused mindset
Critical thinking and problem solving
Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities
Conflict resolution experience

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Sourcing managers to meet company objectives as you produce, implement, and support sourcing strategies that ensure best value
Manage and prioritize the project stream, working with internal stakeholders to determine project definition and business requirements
Manage and monitor supplier performance using meaningful and objective KPI measurements and periodic business reviews
Verify and maintain accurate supplier data, including tax and bank information, quotations, and legal agreements
Reconcile outstanding invoices and resolve discrepancies through proactive customer/stakeholder engagement
Assist competitive bidding using a multi-step sourcing process and utilization of RFx
Support Procurement / Contracts Projects as required
