Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a BS/MS in Procurement/Business Administration or equivalent
  • General understanding of procurement, supplier chain, and supplier management
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with eProcurement technologies a plus (i.e., Coupa, Ariba, Oracle)
  • An interest in Procurement and Supply Chain activities

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Sourcing managers to meet company objectives as you produce, implement, and support sourcing strategies that ensure best value
  • Manage and prioritize the project stream, working with internal stakeholders to determine project definition and business requirements
  • Manage and monitor supplier performance using meaningful and objective KPI measurements and periodic business reviews
  • Verify and maintain accurate supplier data, including tax and bank information, quotations, and legal agreements
  • Reconcile outstanding invoices and resolve discrepancies through proactive customer/stakeholder engagement
  • Assist competitive bidding using a multi-step sourcing process and utilization of RFx
  • Support Procurement / Contracts Projects as required
