Requirements

  • 2+ years of sourcing experience in a recruiting environment, ideally supporting both technical and GTM hiring at a startup or fast-paced tech company
  • Hands-on experience with Greenhouse (ATS), Modernloop, Gem, and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Expert-level Boolean search skills and a creative approach to finding talent beyond the usual channels—you know how to uncover hidden gems
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging outreach

Responsibilities

  • Build high-quality talent pipelines for both GTM and R&D roles across all levels using advanced Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and creative sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates
  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and market dynamics—then develop targeted sourcing strategies to reach top talent
  • Craft compelling, personalized outreach sequences that generate interest and drive response rates, positioning Pave's mission and opportunity in a competitive market
  • Conduct initial candidate conversations to assess interest, qualifications, and fit before handing off qualified prospects to recruiters for interview coordination
  • Research talent markets, competitors, and emerging trends to provide insights on hiring feasibility, compensation benchmarks, and where to find the best candidates
  • Maintain organized pipelines in Greenhouse and track sourcing metrics (outreach volume, response rates, pipeline conversion) to continuously improve effectiveness and efficiency
