Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales team efficiency, productivity, resource allocation, and regional coverage
  • Manage sales incentives, sales team CRM platforms and tools
  • Lead commercial planning and forecasting
  • Lead query-to-order (ITO) processes and ITO business reviews
  • Clean and maintain data in commercial and core systems (CRM, SFDC, ERP, etc.)
  • Expand knowledge of sales regions, product lines, markets, sales processes, or customer groups to execute policies/strategies
  • Continuously develop higher levels of knowledge and skills
  • Understand key business drivers and apply this understanding to complete work
  • Understand how own team's work integrates with other teams and contributes to the area
  • Exercise some autonomy to make decisions within defined frameworks
  • Resolve issues encountered in prescribed procedures using good business knowledge and judgment; consult senior team members for issues outside defined instructions/parameters
  • Communicate provided design and coordination services to directly related colleagues and business units
  • For customer-facing roles: build strong customer relationships and act as interface between customers and GE HealthCare; present technical information to others
