Candidates must be fluent in both German and English, with a minimum of one to three years of experience in a pre-sales role. They should possess a foundational understanding of VOIP and networking concepts, including SIP, RTP, TCP/IP, and LAN/WAN, and familiarity with firewalls, switches, and cloud-based telephony or contact center platforms.
The Solutions Engineer will assist German-speaking customers with technical questions and troubleshooting related to Zoom products, support the resolution of customer escalations alongside senior engineers, maintain accurate case documentation, contribute to internal knowledge resources, and drive proof of concepts with customers by participating in lab testing and product learning activities. They will also support the Sales team by addressing technical questions during the sales process and collaborating with internal teams to expedite solutions.
