Requirements

Candidates should possess a PhD – Passion, Heart, and Desire to build their own legacy at Deel, demonstrating self-driven HUNTER qualities with a growth mindset and an entrepreneurial DNA, including a ‘just do it attitude’. A minimum of three years of experience as an Account Executive selling global payroll solutions within a unicorn start-up in the tech industry is required, along with experience in demand generation, prospecting, and self-generating pipeline. Proven ability to develop champions and execute a complex sales cycle, leveraging internal resources, is also necessary, along with experience in process/playbook selling methodologies such as MEDDIC or Challenger sales approaches.

Responsibilities

The Solutions Consultant will establish and develop a strategy for identifying and closing new logos, focusing on demand generation activities to drive pipeline growth, and collaborating with in-country Account Executives on opportunities. They will navigate complex enterprise organizational structures, communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations, manage all sales activity and monthly forecasting of revenue in Salesforce, and effectively work with internal and external teams to negotiate contracts and execute successful sales activities.
