Responsibilities

Develop a deep understanding of customer problems
Map problems to Cohere solutions
Serve as the trusted technical advisor and owner of the technical relationship with stakeholders
Increase adoption of Cohere products (internally and externally)
Gather customer insights and feedback to shape product development
Take a hands-on approach to building customer Proof of Concepts (PoCs)
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into technical solutions
Provide guidance on best practices for using Cohere
Identify areas for improvement within the platform
Cultivate technical champions within customer organizations
Lead the technical talk track on customer calls
Conduct deep dives on customer problems and Cohere technology
Design novel enterprise solutions
Facilitate customer evaluations and PoCs
Develop and document processes for scaling the solutions architect team
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams
