Skilled and adaptable professional with business experience, technical acumen, and network

Experience understanding customer challenges, particularly with government and MOD entities
Ability to design effective solutions and compelling proposals
Willingness to collaborate closely with clients, Planet's global teams, and contribute to local supply chain and manufacturing strategy

Availability for full-time, hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in Berlin office

Responsibilities

Contribute to the design of robust, scalable satellite-based solutions for key customers across Germany and EMEA, particularly in defense and civil government; translate customer needs into technical specifications and solution concepts; articulate value through proposals and presentations
Support strategic customer engagements in Germany and EMEA as a key technical member of the Space Business Group, from initial discussions through solution definition, negotiation, and contracting; collaborate with global space business team and corporate functions to qualify opportunities, align solutions with requirements, and build technical relationships
Gather and share customer feedback and technical requirements from German and EMEA markets to inform Planet's global product roadmap and service offerings; collaborate with product management, engineering, and cross-functional teams as a technical liaison; facilitate communication, ensure alignment on project requirements, and resolve technical challenges
Provide critical technical support for German strategic initiatives
