The role also demands skilled stakeholder communication, with a clear, concise, and documentation-oriented approach, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence, demonstrating strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Comfort operating independently with a high-agency, results-driven mindset is necessary, and experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or other highly regulated industries is a plus.
The Solutions Architect will lead discovery sessions to understand client requirements and craft tailored product solutions aligned with PHIL’s platform capabilities. They will develop and manage detailed project plans, breaking down work into actionable phases for smooth execution. This role involves partnering with Engineering to implement client changes and ensure technical alignment throughout delivery. The Solutions Architect will drive the onboarding and launch of new clients through detailed planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination. They will serve as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining clear communication and setting realistic expectations. Additionally, they will monitor project health and milestones, identifying risks early and adapting as needed, and evaluate project outcomes against goals, incorporating insights into future planning and continuous improvement. Influencing internal teams to stay organized and accountable, while driving motivation and alignment across functions, is also a key responsibility.
