Requirements

  • Proven experience selling hybrid cloud solutions, systems and related professional/managed services into enterprise accounts
  • Deep product, solution and competitive knowledge in hybrid cloud, infrastructure, platform, or services domains
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to integrate industry and technical knowledge into customer-focused solutions
  • Demonstrated track record of prospecting, negotiating and closing complex deals with measurable win rates
  • Ability to convey technical concepts in business terms and quantify customer value
  • Experience working with channel partners and ISVs to develop joint solution go-to-market plans
  • Familiarity with CRM-driven forecasting and deal management
  • Excellent prioritization, delegation and stakeholder collaboration skills
  • Proactive and collaborative mindset
  • Excellent English knowledge
  • Desired: Knowledge of key industry trends, cross-segment capabilities, and partner/ISV solution ecosystems relevant to hybrid cloud

Responsibilities

  • Sell Hybrid Cloud solution services by leveraging deep knowledge of our product and solution portfolio as well as competitor offerings to position differentiated, high-value solutions
  • Develop and apply an understanding of customers’ industries and market segments to tailor consultative recommendations that address vertical-specific and cross-segment IT challenges
  • Collaborate with account specialist, technical teams, presales and partners to design and propose comprehensive hybrid cloud solutions—from initial proposal through contract sign-off
  • Prospect proactively within accounts and the assigned territory, using specialty knowledge to discover, cultivate and qualify sales opportunities
  • Lead negotiations and manage the sales cycle to drive successful closes and maintain a high win rate; support or execute deal closing as required
  • Translate solution features into clear business value and ROI for customers
  • Use client engagement skills to present targeted solution architectures and demonstrate how our offerings solve specific business problems
  • Demonstrate leadership and initiative in driving specialty sales activities—prioritizing high-impact opportunities, work proactively, and focus on resources to accelerate deals
  • Maintain high service knowledge and professionalism; research and share service-related information with account teams and customers to enable solution adoption and success
  • Understand and execute an effective channel strategy; work closely with partners and ISVs to grow revenue through the partner ecosystem
  • Keep SFDC updated with accurate deal profiles, status and forecasts to enable reliable pipeline and revenue reporting
