Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience selling CRM solutions and services, preferably with Amazon Connect, and 2-3 years in a customer-facing role, ideally in Pre-Sales or Solution Engineering. A Bachelor of Science degree is also required.
The Solution Engineer will be involved in the pre-sales process for technology projects, primarily with Amazon Connect, and will demonstrate NeuraFlash services and products for Salesforce. They will build technical credibility through compelling demonstrations, create accurate proposals, and contribute to product development by providing field feedback to Product Managers. Responsibilities include leading discovery sessions, gathering requirements for Amazon Connect projects, creating and modifying proposals and SOWs, responding to RFPs, maintaining sales data in Salesforce, acting as a liaison between sales and technical teams, recommending Salesforce and AI solutions, collaborating with delivery teams on project scope, providing customer feedback to product management, ensuring a high level of customer experience, and driving innovation in Amazon and Salesforce capabilities with AI.
