Requirements
Candidates must have a minimum of 8 years of experience with Open Source Software business models and proficiency in Cloud and Infrastructure software. Experience with scalable and highly available distributed systems, creating POCs, and reference implementations is required, along with fluency in English. Bonus points for experience selling databases or deploying applications with major cloud providers, and experience with database programming and data models.
Responsibilities
The Solution Architect will work with customers to translate complex business and technological requirements into solution designs, including data visualization, workflow recommendations, migrations, and enterprise-scale architecture. They will act as a trusted advisor to customers at all levels, articulate and evangelize the company and product vision, and secure strategic commercial commitments. The role involves using a solution-based approach to selling, identifying and driving initiatives to help customers derive business value from their data, and working with partners to scale the business and build a technical ecosystem in the ANZ/ASEAN regions.
