Requirements

Candidates must possess an active U.S. TS/SCI clearance and have 5+ years of consulting experience with complex, global organizations. They should have 7+ years of Enterprise Architecture experience, hands-on experience implementing EA tools or platforms, and familiarity with EA frameworks like TOGAF and IT4IT. Experience leveraging AI in workflows, problem-solving, or decision-making is required. Preferred qualifications include strong knowledge of CSDM, ITOM, ITAM, ServiceNow SPM products, cloud computing, digital transformation, modern IT architectures, and the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

The Sr. Business Process Consultant will serve as the functional and process expert on customer engagements, translating business requirements into configuration requirements using ServiceNow SPM and EA solutions. Responsibilities include driving EA and CSDM process definition, re-engineering, improvement, and gap analysis through workshops, guiding customers in gathering requirements, and supporting documentation like business requirement workbooks. The role involves translating business needs into user stories, supporting testing phases, preparing customer-facing deliverables, managing multiple initiatives, promoting continuous improvement, supporting pre-sales activities, and mentoring peers. Travel up to 50% annually may be required.
