  • Qualification des leads entrants: qualifier les demandes entrantes des clients intéressés par l'énergie solaire via des appels téléphoniques
  • Design photovoltaïque: création d’un design photovoltaïque sur-mesure et pertinent répondant aux besoins énergétiques du client
  • Présentation de nos offres: présenter au téléphone ou en visioconférence notre offre de manière claire, convaincante et adaptée à chaque profil
  • Conseil client: expliquer de manière pédagogue les avantages techniques, économiques et écologiques de leur projet solaire
  • Closing des ventes: négocier et conclure la vente avec rigueur, ténacité et enthousiasme
  • Suivi post-vente: travailler étroitement avec les équipes techniques et opérationnelles pour assurer la satisfaction client post-vente
