Requirements

BTech/MTech or equivalent experience in Computer Science or equivalent
5-8 years of hands-on software testing experience
Exposure to end-to-end test management and able to work independently
Experience with Web Automation tools like Selenium/Cypress/Playwright/WebDriverIO and CI tools like Jenkins/CircleCI
Excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate across teams and build consensus
Knowledge of writing test plans for end-to-end workflows and test management suites
Understanding of test methodologies like functional, performance, security testing etc
Good analytical, critical and logical thinking and a problem solver
Working in an environment where quality is top of the mind (unit, integration, e2e testing)
Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM practice

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive QE strategies and plans
Collaborate with development teams to understand project requirements and objectives
Design, develop, and complete test plans and test cases
Identify, document, and track software defects and issues
Ensure alignment to industry standards and recommended guidelines
Continuously improve QE processes and methodologies
Collaborate with product managers and other team members to ensure alignment on quality goals
Collaborate with multi-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues
Monitor and report on QE metrics and performance indicators
Drive the adoption of automated testing tools and frameworks
Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the team
