This role seeks a highly motivated Software Product Manager to develop new features, solutions, and automated business processes leveraging Salesforce and internal software platforms, aiming to increase internal team efficiency and scalability. A strong understanding of Salesforce products and integration capabilities is crucial. The role involves collaboration with Operations, Finance, Client Success, and Engineering teams. This position reports to the Group Software Product Manager.

    • Collaborate closely with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders to execute the product development process.
    • Define and track success metrics for each project and use data to inform future decisions.
  • Project Management:
    • Coordinate the execution of projects with multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
    • Maintain a project management system that is usable and understandable.
    • Document meeting highlights, key decisions, and action items.
    • Execute clear communication plans to keep stakeholders informed.
    • Identify and mitigate risks, and remove roadblocks to efficient delivery of business value.
    • Balance multiple priorities and timelines simultaneously.
