  • Develop productive relationships with CTO, engineering leaders, product teams, and stakeholders
  • Build an adaptable, high-ownership team that responds to diverse challenges
  • Define, build, and maintain a high-performance, results-driven, collaborative culture aligned with Babylist's core values
