Requirements

5+ years of experience in software engineering
Experience in full stack product development practices (Frontend and Backend)
Knowledge of social products, ad products, or advertiser tooling
Leadership experience working across multiple teams
Experience partnering with product managers and designers
Familiarity with React, Thrift, Baseplate, Kafka, Airflow, Postgres, Cassandra, Druid, Redis, BigQuery, Kubernetes, Argo, Docker
Knowledge of LLMs and AI technologies
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to maintain and enhance team culture of fast iteration, experimentation, and collaboration
Experience in product ideation, design, development, QA, experimentation, analysis, and launch
Ability to lead, coach, and grow a team of fullstack engineers
Familiarity with Reddit's products and services
